At Mind Drive, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital products


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at:

Include your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. While we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details, we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.
